・bfs cakes is baked to order in our online shop, therefore please order and transfer at least 4days before.

・Once we have received confirmation of payment, your order will be fulfilled.

・Please understand that we do not start baking cake without a payment.

・You will be notified via e-mail where to pick up. 

    5 minutes walk from Hansaplatz Station / 10 minutes walk from Tiergarten Station.

・Cancellations for any reason require "4days" notice and incur a 10% service charge.

   Once your order is received there are no cash or transfer refunds.

   If the order is confirmed with less than "4days" notice, there are no cancelations.
